MTV PUSH: BRANDED DIGITAL MOCK-UPS


During my Music Licensing & Strategy Internship at ViacomCBS (now Paramount Global; Jun 2020 - Aug 2020), one of my final tasks was to work on the digital promotion strategy for MTV Push artists. Below are mock-ups I created based on the MTV Push brand colors of red, white, and black to help increase social media brand recognition among followers. I focused primarily on Instagram due to their higher engagement on this platform.

My design for solo artists was later implemented by MTV Push for artists like JC Stewart, Madison Beer, and Olivia Rodrigo.

INSTAGRAM STORIES

Using Instagram Stories to their advantage, I created mock ups that included music stickers using the artist’s or band’s music, fun facts about the artist or band, and a trivia game that revolved around the artist’s or band’s life that followers could interact with to gain familiarity with the artist’s or band’s music that would be placed into an MTV show and playlist.
